By this Civil Application, the Applicants point out that, this Court had already passed the order dated 08/09/2023 in Civil Application No.10783/2023 by consent of the parties and in the light of the judgment dated 26/04/2023 in the Writ Petition, permitting the Applicants to withdraw the amounts. Now they pray that, there should be equal distribution of the amounts amongst these three Applicants.

The learned Advocate for the Respondent/Company has no objection.

In view of the above, this Civil Application is allowed in order to enable the Registry of this Court, to permit these three Applicants, to withdraw equal shares in the light of the order dated 08/09/2023, passed below Civil Application No.10783/2020.
