PER COURT :- This petition can be disposed by directing respondents No.1 and 2, to take decision on the application, tendered by the petitioners, seeking rental compensation, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of four months from today. On determination of rental compensation and in the event the petitioners are found eligible to receive additional amount towards rental compensation, respondent No.3 shall disburse the amount as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of four months from the date of such decision. It is accordingly directed. Writ petition stands disposed of.
