Present application has been filed for cancellation of bailable warrant that was issued against respondent No.3. Respondent No.3 is personally present. He tenders unconditional apology for non appearance before the Court on the earlier date. In view of the fact that now he is present, the bailable warrant issued by order dated 15.10.2024 is hereby cancelled. 2.
