By this Writ Petition, the petitioner is seeking direction that the caste claim of the petitioner which is pending before Respondent No.2./Caste Scrutiny Committee since 27.09.2013 be directed to be expedited.

Considering the fact that the caste claim of the petitioner is pending since last 12 years, we direct Respondent No.2/Committee to decide the caste claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of 3 months from today. 4.
