Heard Mr. Tambe and learned A. G. P. for the respondent Nos. 2 and 3. None appears for the respondent No. 1/claimant. 2.

This application is for condonation of delay of 545 days caused in filing first appeal. For the reasons stated in para Nos. 2 to 9 of the civil application delay is sought to be condoned. 3.

Learned counsel for the applicant assures this Court that deficit court fees shall be paid within a period of one week from today. I do not find any impediment in discarding the reasons stated in the application. It is desirable to condone the delay. It

2 1000 ca 996.25 is fairly informed by the learned counsel for the applicant that applicant is unable to deposit the amount which was condition precedent while granting ad-interim stay. He is seeking time to deposit the same.

The civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B' on condition that the applicant shall deposit the amount under the award within further period of eight (08) weeks from today. Office is directed to register the first appeal. The civil application is disposed of.
