This is an application for withdrawal of the amount deposited as per the award of the reference court. 2.

Learned advocate for the applicant pointed out that earlier 25% of the amount was permitted to be withdrawn by the applicant and the applicant has accordingly withdrawn the said amount. He further pointed out the order passed by this Court whereby 25% of the amount was permitted to be withdrawn out of the amount deposited, vide order dated 22.8.2023 passed in civil application No. 10536 of 2023. Considering the rule of parity, the applicant is permitted to withdraw 25% amount of the awarded amount by the reference court with accrued interest thereon by furnishing usual terms and conditions.
