The applicant, vide order dated 20th October, 2023, has been granted temporary respite from jail on account of his wife being at advanced stage of pregnancy. He is lodged in a jail at Nagpur. It is informed that the applicant is confused before whom the surety and P.R. bonds are to be executed. It is further informed that nobody is ready to stand surety to the petitioner since he is from Jalgaon. He also has no money to deposit as cash surety.

In view of above, order dated 20th October, 2023, directing him to furnish surety bond is hereby recalled. It is made clear that compliance of order shall be before Superintendent of Jail in which the applicant has been lodged. Rest of the terms of the said order to stand unaltered. ( NEERAJ P.
