In spite of service of notice, none appears for respondents No.1 and 2. Learned counsel for respondent No.3 Insurance Company strongly objects to condone the delay. The applicant proposes to file an appeal for enhancement of compensation on account of injuries suffered in the accident. Delay is of 89 days. It appears to have been explained in paragraphs No.2 and 3 of the application. In view of the same, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B). Appeal be registered.
