The Applicants are the original Petitioners in the Writ Petition. Petitioner No.15, namely, Sikandar Vajir Shaikh, has passed away. Delay of 68 days is caused on the part of the Applicants in moving this application for bringing the legal heirs of the deceased Petitioner No.15 on record. Mr.Barde, learned Advocate for the Applicants, submits that the delay is neither deliberate nor inordinate. The reasons which have caused the delay have been set out in the application.

*2* 901.ca.57.14 Mr.Upadhye, learned Advocate for the Respondent/ Management, opposes the application on the ground that the reasons cited are not satisfactory.

Having considered the submissions of the learned Advocates and the reasons set out in the application, the same is allowed. Delay of 68 days is condoned. The Applicants/ Petitioners shall array the legal heirs of the deceased Petitioner No.15 in the Writ Petition within a period of TWO WEEKS from today.
