We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the Zilla Parishad.

It is submitted that petitioner had already moved an application (Page No.29) with Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Beed for grand of retiral and pensionary benefits.

In case, such an application is pending, the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Beed shall take decision upon it on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within a period of three (03) months.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
