Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that this Court by order dated 2nd December 2014 while granting ad interim relief in terms of prayer clause (B), had directed the applicant to deposit the entire decretal amount in this Court with interest within four weeks. He submits that the said period of four weeks has expired during vacation and seeks extension of a week's time from today. He submits that the amount (cheque) is ready with him. 2.

In view of above submission, the time fixed by this Court by order dated 2nd December 2014 is extended up to 10th January 2015. 3.

Civil application stands disposed of.
