Heard rival submissions. The applicant- claimant is seeking early hearing of the appeal on the ground that applicant is a senior citizen. However, so many matters of the senior citizens older than this applicant are pending. In some of the matters, the appellants had even died. In view of the same, considering the huge pendency of older matters than this matter, I am not inclined to take the appeal for final hearing on earlier date. As such, the application stands rejected.
