ORDER

(9th December, 2023) 1.

The appellant and respondents are present along with their advocates. They filed compromise memo duly signed by them. It is marked as 'X' for identification. Both the signing parties are identified by their respective advocates. Appeal is disposed of in terms of compromise. Award be drawn accordingly.

Insurance Company undertakes to deposit Rs.35 lakhs within a period of 60 days. If the amount is deposited within this period, the same shall be permitted to be withdrawn by the major claimants as per their share determined by the Tribunal. The shares of minors be kept in fixed deposit till they attain majority. It would be open for minors to 938.ca14109.23.odt

withdraw the amount after attaining their majority along with accrued interest. If amount is not deposited within 60 days then the said amount shall carry interest as agreed between the parties. The claimant make statement that except them and signing parties, there are no stakeholders in the subject matter covered by proceeding in hand. Pending application, if any, stands disposed of. 3.

No order as to costs.
