The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to decide the petitioner's proposal dated 08.05.2025 for grant of an FL-III licence under the provisions of the Maharashtra Prohibition Act and the Maharashtra Foreign Liquor Rules, 1953. 2.

Learned AGP waives service of notice for both respondents and, after taking instructions, states that the said proposal will be decided within a period of three (3) months from today. We accept this statement as an undertaking and dispose of the writ petition by directing respondent No.1 to decide the petitioner's proposal dated 08.05.2025 within a period of three (3) months from today.
