The respective appellants have filed two Purshis for withdrawal of the above appeals and they are marked Exhibit-X and X/1 for identification.

The learned Advocate for the respondentsoriginal claimants submits that the respondents-original 2/4
( 3 ) claimants do not have any objection to withdraw the above appeals.

In view of the above, the appeals are disposed of as withdrawn in the light of Purshis-X and X/1. 5.
If the amounts are deposited in this Court on the basis of the Awards under challenge, the same be paid to the respondents-original claimants with interest in the light of full Bench judgment of this Court quoted in Purshis Exhibit-X and X/1.

In view of the disposal of the appeals, stay if granted to the execution ceases to operate. 7.
Respondent No.1 in Civil Application No.13520 of 2016 in FAST No.28698 of 2016 is reported to be dead, thereafter, as per the order passed by this Court on 20.03.2018, the learned Advocate for the appellant has not made amendment for bringing L.Rs. of deceased respondent No.1. Liberty is granted to carry out necessary amendment for bring L.Rs. of respondent No.1. 8.
Civil Application/s, pending, if any, except Civil Application No.13520 of 2016 in FAST No.28698 of 2016, is/are disposed of.
