Present applications have been filed for getting the delay of 368 days condoned in filing first appeals. The Government intends to challenge the judgment and award passed by the learned reference Court. Though the learned Advocate appearing for the claimant opposes the applications on the ground that whatever reasons have been given for condonation of delay are not proper and reasonable, yet by taking liberal view and for the reasons mentioned in paragraph Nos.2 to 4, delay stands condoned.
