The petitioner claims promotion to the post of Head Master from the category of physically handicapped. Mr. Shelke, learned Counsel submits that the Government Resolution dated 05.03.2002 and its annexures provides for the manner of reservation to the post of physically handicapped, wherein the reservation is to be provided on point No. 1,34 and 67. Now the next post vacant for the post of Head Master would be reserved for physically handicapped. Learned Counsel submits that even the petitioner has moved the Commissioner of Handicap i.e. respondent No.2. However, no cognizance is taken by respondent No.2 inspite of his representation made on 24.06.2015.

Mr. Bhavthankar, learned Counsel submits that from the roster approved by B.C.Cell, no post of Head Master is meant for the handicapped category. 3.
Respondent No.2 shall issue necessary directions with regard to reservation applicable for the post of Head Master in the respondent No.5-institution. The representation is already with respondent No.2. Respondent No.2 shall take decision upon it within a period of two months from today. The petitioner may appear before respondent No.2 to put-forth his grievance. Upon direction issued by respondent No.2 further steps shall be taken in that regard by respondent-institution. Needless to state that the interim orders passed on 5th January, 2017 shall continue till decision of respondent No.2.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
