Petitioner is making request for effecting changes in the date of birth in the service record so as to facilitate her to continue in employment even after the prescribed date of superannuation. The request is made on the eve of retirement and almost after thirty years of continues employment. In view of judgment of the Supreme Court in the matter of State of Madhya Pradesh and others vs. Premlal Shrivas reported in (2011)9 Supreme court Cases 664 and State of Gujarat and others Vs. Vali Mohd. Dosabhai Sindhi reported in (2006) 6 Supreme Court Cases 537, the belated request made by petitioner for correcting date of birth so as to facilitate her to continue in employment for further period of three years is not liable to be considered.
