After hearing learned counsel for the Petitioners and when this Court has shown disinclination to grant relief, learned counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, seeks withdrawal of the Petition with liberty to file appropriate application under Order 6 Rule 17 of the Code of Civil Procedure for amendment to written statement.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought for. If any such application is filed by the Petitioner, Trial Court to decide the same in accordance with law.
