Though the relief claimed in this Writ Petition is twofold, we have considered the Writ Petition only to the extent of seeking direction to Respondent No.2-Committee to decide the caste claim of the petitioner expeditiously.

Since the petitioner has been provisionally admitted to the course of B.Pharmacy, we deem it appropriate to direct Respondent No. 2-Committee to decide the caste claim of the petitioner expeditiously. Hence the following order :-

ORDER

i.

The Writ petition is partly allowed.

ii.

Respondent No.2 - Scrutiny Committee is directed to decide the caste claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of two weeks from today.
