By filing the present application, the applicants have sought modification in the order passed by this Court (Coram: S.V.Gangapurwala, J.) on 4.9.2015. Vide the aforesaid order, the applicants were permitted to withdraw 75 per cent amount on furnishing solvent surety / security in the like amount.

The applicants are now praying for modifying the aforesaid order by permitting the applicants to withdraw the aforesaid 75 per cent amount on furnishing Bank guarantee. Learned Counsel appearing for the acquiring body does not have any objection for allowing

(3) such modification. Hence, the following order:

ORDER

The order passed by this Court on 4th September, 2015, stands modified to the extent that applicants are permitted to withdraw 75 per cent of the amount on furnishing Bank guarantee of any Nationalized or Scheduled Bank in the like amount. Applications disposed of.
