This is an application by the petitioners seeking injunction against the respondents restraining them from creating third party interest.

Admittedly, the challenge in the main petition is in relation to the orders passed by the revenue authorities in regard to mutation entries of the property in question.

The authorities below have already confirmed the entries in favour of the respondents. In view thereof, the prayer for injunction is rejected.

It will be open for the applicants herein to take out appropriate proceedings before the competent authority.
