In this Misc. Civil Application, the respondent is already served. This Court by order dated 2nd January 2025, had adjourned the matter today only with a view to give one more opportunity to the respondent to appear before this Court. However, even thereafter, respondent has not appeared before this Court.

This application is for transfer of the proceedings pending before the learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Majalgaon Dist. Beed bearing Hindu Marriage Petition No.67 of 2023 to the Court of Civil Judge Senior Division, Udgir Dist. Latur.

It is stated that, the distance between Majalgaon to Udgir is around 200 k.m. Presently, the applicant is residing at Kille Dharur Tq. Dharur Dist. Beed.

In view of the above, petition stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (B) which reads as under:- "B).

By allowing this Misc. Civil Application, the Hindu Marriage Petition No.67 of 2023 pending before the learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Majalgaon Dist. Beed may kindly be directed to be transferred to the Civil Judge Senior Division, Udgir Dist. Latur." 5.

Application stands disposed off.
