The applicant has been convicted for the offence punishable under Section 353 of the Indian Penal Code and sentenced to suffer simple imprisonment for six months and to pay fine of Rs.1,000/-, in default, to suffer further simple imprisonment for one month.

The amount of fine has been deposited. The trial Court has suspended the execution of sentence of imprisonment. It will take time for the appeal to come up for hearing.

Pending the appeal, the execution of substantive sentence of imprisonment to stand suspended. The applicant be released on his executing P. R. bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand) with surety bond in the like amount. 5.
