This petition is filed challenging order of the Industrial Court on preliminary issues.

Learned advocate for the petitioner states that during pendency of the petition, the main Complaint itself is decided by the Industrial Court and, therefore, this petition is rendered infructuous. He, therefore, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to challenge the findings of the Industrial Court on preliminary issues as well as the final decision in a separate writ petition.
