The present application is filed for withdrawal of amount. The learned Advocate for the applicant submits that the claimants be permitted to withdraw the amount of compensation deposited in Labour Court, Aurangabad.

The applicant is permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited in Labour Court, Aurangabad on usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Presiding Officer of Labour Court. The application is allowed and disposed of.
