On instructions, the learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the application with liberty to file fresh application challenging the order dated 26.07.2023 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Shahada, District Nandurbar in Sessions Case No. 10 of 2022 whereby refused to relax the bail condition about depositing an amount of Rs.34 lakhs. 2.

Accordingly, Criminal Application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
