Instant writ petition raises questions of fact which need to be investigated by a fact finding forum and as such, interference in exercise of extraordinary jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution, is not warranted.

Keeping an option open to the petitioner to avail of alternate remedy available in law, writ petition stands disposed of. In the meanwhile, in order to facilitate the petitioner to avail of alternate remedy, we direct the Tahsildar not to act upon the notice issued on 21.11.2015 for a period of six weeks from today.
