This application is for condonation of delay of 4265 days caused in filing the appeal. Appeal is filed by the original claimant whose land is acquired by the acquiring body.

Considering this, delay stands condoned. The application is allowed subject to condition that the applicants shall deposit Rs.4,000/- towards costs in the Advocate's Bar Association, Library at Aurangabad within a period of four weeks from today.
