Mr. Narwade, learned counsel for the applicant submits that in-fact the bond is already executed and now the only issue remained regarding deposit of Rs.10,000/- as compensation.

Since the date of depositing the amount is to expire on 17/12/2015, the time to deposit is hereby extended by two weeks. Amount be deposited in the trial Court within two weeks with effect from 17/12/2015.
