Learned AGP is placing on record the letter dated 23rd February 2023 issued by the Desk Officer to the Director of Education, Secondary and Higher Secondary, thereby pointing out that the Government has granted 20% and 40% of grant-in-aid to the various educational institutions and name of respondent no.4 in Writ Petiion No.1460/2022 and petitioner in Writ Petition No.14061/2023 appear at serial no.84 and 86 respectively and it is stated that 40% grant-in-aid has been given.

In view of this communication, the petitioners seek withdrawal of the petitions, as the grievance is addressed. 3.
