Parties have settled the dispute. Terms of compromise indicate that the original claimants/respondents herein have accepted the claim to the extent of 75% of the amount granted by the Tribunal. In this regard, when query was raised to the claimants who are present before the Court, this Panel is informed that on account of educational needs of claimants Rohit and Rohan, a settlement is in their interest. Claimant Usha, Nilavati and Subrao make statement before this panel that the amount fallen to their share has already been withdrawn by them. They agree for the disbursement of balance amount to Rohit and Rohan, equally.

The amount remained to be deposited in this Court be equally paid to claimants Rohit and Rohan along with interest accrued. Terms of compromise are duly signed by parties and marked as "X" for identification. 4.
In the facts of the case, the settlement is reasonable and deserves to be accepted. The amount deposited by the appellant/insurer be paid equally to claimants Rohit and Rohan along with interest accrued thereon. 5.
In view of above, appeal stands disposed of. The Court fee refund certificate be issued as per the rules.

The Civil Application(s), if any, stand disposed of. 7.
The award/decree be drawn up in terms of compromise. 8.
No order as to costs.
