The applicants are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Crime No. I-174/2015 registered at Kannad Police Station, District Aurangabad for the offence punishable under Section 306 of the Indian Penal Code.

Perused the F.I.R. The applicants claimed to be brother in law and his wife.

In second died declaration, the applicants are named. 4.

Having evaluated the contents of F.I.R. and the investigation papers in the alleged offence punishable under Section 306 of Indian Penal Code against the present applicants, in my opinion, the applicants cannot be held responsible as there are sweeping allegations against them and no specific role is attributed to them.

In view thereof, In my opinion, in the event of arrest, applicants be released on bail, in connection with Crime No. I174/2015 registered at Kannad Police Station, District Aurangabad for the offence punishable under Section 306 of the Indian Penal Code, on executing P.R. Bond of Rs. 25,000/- with one surety in the like amount, by each of them. The applicants shall attend the concerned police station on 28/12/2015 and 29/12/2015 in between 10-00 a.m. to 12-00 p.m. and thereafter as and when called. 6.
