Sufficient time was granted to the investigation officer to provide the instructions, but he did not. However in another similar case, learned APP has received the instructions but nowhere it has been disclosed that the applicants have breached the bail conditions. 2.

By the common order dated 28.10.2021, the applicants were restrained from entering the Omerga town till the conclusion of the trial except for attending the trial. The trial has not yet commenced. The applicants are facing difficulties in residing out of

924 & 925-appln-4178-2022.odt (2) their town. They appears to have sincerely abide the bail conditions. The trial may take its time. The reasons seeking the relaxation of bail appears genuine. Hence, the following order :

ORDER

I) Both applications are allowed.

II) The conditions imposed not to enter Omerga town till conclusion of the trial except for attending the trial by order dated 28.10.2021 by this Court in Bail Application No.1139 of 2021 with Bail Application No.1038 of 2021 stands relaxed. (S.G. MEHARE, J.) Mujaheed//
