2.2.2018 PER COURT:- 1) Apart from the fact that there is delay of 2371 days to institute a review, it is to be noted that there is no case made out for review of the Judgment and order dated 4.5.2009. The only ground for review is that this Court, in another matter, by Judgment and order dated 30.7.2015 has granted some additional compensation to some other claimants. Ultimately, each matter is to be decided on the evidence led by the parties before the Reference Court. Therefore, there is no case made out for exercise

( 2 ) 917-CA 3205 of 2016 of review jurisdiction. In any case, inordinate delay of 2371 days in instituting review application is not explained.

2) For the aforesaid reasons, the civil application is disposed of, consequently, review petition stands dismissed.
