1.

Issue notice to respondents, returnable on 13th February, 2019.

2.

Learned counsel Mr. A. B. Kale waives notice for respondents-claimants.

Learned Assistant Government pleader waives notice for respondent-State.

4.

Till returnable date, there shall be ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (B) on condition that applicant/appellant shall deposit entire amount of compensation pursuant to award in this court along with interest accrued thereon by the returnable date. 5.

In case of failure to deposit the entire award amount with interest accrued thereon within stipulated period referred to above, ad-interim relief granted would cease to operate automatically.
