The applicant seeks to withdraw Rs. 3,00,072/- deposited by the respondent-Acquiring Body. My attention is adverted to the order dated 13.10.2025 passed in order arising out of the same acquisition proceedings. In that matter aggregately the claimants were permitted to receive 75% of the amount on furnishing undertaking and balance on furnishing security/surety.

On the ground of parity, the Civil Application is partly allowed permitting the applicant to receive 75% of the amount with accrued interest on furnishing undertaking and 25% of the amount with accrued interest on furnishing solvent surety/security to the satisfaction ( SHAILESH P. BRAHME, J.) mkd/- 1/1
