This is an Application for condonation of 693 days delay caused in preferring the First Appeal against the Judgment and Award dated 14/12/2017, passed by the learned Reference Court, in Land Acquisition Reference No.463/2008.

Heard the learned Advocate for the Applicants, learned A.G.P for Respondent Nos.1 and 2 and the learned Advocate Mr. Khaire for Respondent No.3.

Learned A.G.P. for Respondent Nos.1 and 2 as well as learned Advocate for Respondent No.3 opposed the Application on the ground that, no reasonable grounds are mentioned in the Application. Hence, the aforesaid delay may not be condoned. 4.

Perused the Application.

For the reasons mentioned in the Application, the aforesaid delay is condoned and the Application is allowed in terms of prayer
