Mr.Rudrawar, the learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners were working in respondent No.5 Ashram School. The said Ashram School is de-recognized. The petitioners were permanent employees with the said school and approval was also granted to their appointments of the petitioners. The last order is dated 3rd April, 2012, wherein the approval is granted for the year 20102011. According to the learned Counsel, as per the directions of this Court, the petitioners had given representations and
11871.15wp the same are also decided by the Appellate Authority and Regional Deputy Commissioner, Social Welfare Dept., Latur wherein it is stated that the case of the petitioners is required to be considered under Rule 25A of the MEPS Rules till the petitioners are not being absorbed.
Mr.Badakh, the learned AGP submits that in view of the order passed by appellate authority, the petitioners can be kept in the list of surplus candidates to be absorbed in the Ashram School.
In the light of above, the respondents shall place the petitioners in the list of surplus candidates to be absorbed in Ashram Schools and shall take steps to absorb the petitioners as per the seniority in the said list. Writ Petition disposed of. No costs.
