Mrs. Kalpalata Patil-Bharaswadkar, learned counsel for the appellant submits that, the amount of the tax due is less than Rs. 50,00,000/- (Rupees Fifty Lakhs) and she is instructed to withdraw the instant Income Tax Appeal as the tax liability is less than Rs. 50,00,000/-.
