Mr. Patni, learned counsel for respondents submits that the appeal was dismissed in default of appellants on 02-09-2013. Application filed seeking restoration of said appeal as the Civil Application No. 7784 of 2017 also came to be dismissed in default of appellants on 20-07-2017. Now for restoration of said application the present applications are filed through two different Advocates seeking same relief.

Today when matters are called out, the applicants and their Advocate are absent. It seems that they are not interested to prosecute the applications. Accordingly, applications are dismissed in default of applicants to appear and prosecute the application. ( V.L. ACHLIYA, J. ) MTK.
