By order dated 16.03.2021 this Court has passed order for removal of office objection in a time bound manner, failing which the matter was directed to be dismissed without further reference to the Court. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the office objections will be removed after restoration of the writ petition. 3.

In view of above and for the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B" subject to payment of costs of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees one thousand) to be paid to the Library, Advocates' Association of Bombay High Court at Aurangabad.
