It is pointed out that in last line of paragraph No. 4, the date has been incorrectly mentioned as "23.01.2023" instead of "25.01.2023". 3.

The necessary corrections be made as suggested. 4.

It is also pointed out that the order was dictated in the open Court and there was a direction to the trial Court to expedite the hearing of the suit. The sentence is not appearing in the order.

After last paragraph, the following paragraph shall be added :- " The suit is expedited."
