There is innocuous prayer in the Petition,

wp906.18 in as much as directions are sought to Respondent No.1 to decide the proposal (Exhibit F to the Petition) dated 22nd June, 2017 forwarded by Respondent No.2 to Respondent No.1 which is pending with Respondent No.1.

In that view of the matter, we direct Respondent No.1 to take decision on the said proposal, if already not taken, in accordance with law/rules/procedure as expeditiously as possible, however, within SIX WEEKS from today and communicate the decisions to Respondent No.2. 3.

With the above observations and directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. .
