PER COURT :- By way of filing this Petition, the petitioner has sought directions to the Respondent No.2 to forthwith decide the proposal of the petitioner for grant of approval for appointment as Shikshan Sevak on the establishment of the Ashram School. 2.

The learned A.G.P. appearing for the Respondent/State, on instructions, makes a statement that, the decision will be taken on the proposal of the petitioner within a period of three months from today. We make it clear that, the Respondent No.2 shall not further delay for taking decision and shall take decision within three months from today and communicate the said decision to the petitioner as well as the Respondent No.4.
