We have heard learned counsel for respective parties.

The petitioner seeks relief as against the Respondent No.3 to make available the Selection Committee nominated for the

2 W.P.No.12092/16 verification of the petitioner under the Career Advancement Scheme for the purpose of giving promotion of Assistant Professor, higher grade (stage 2).

The Respondent No.2 has filed affidavit to the effect that the grievance of the petitioner is purely relating to the affairs of the College and University only and that Respondent No.2 has no role to play.

In view of the said affidavit Mr.Chapalgaonkar, learned counsel for Respondent No.3 submits that name of the petitioner shall be placed for consideration of the Career Advancement Scheme (CAS) as claimed by him before the Committee whose meeting may be held by the end of December 2017.

In view of the said statement, nothing remains for adjudication in the present Writ Petition.
