Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondent-State.

Perused the papers. The material investigation against the applicant has been completed. Small quantity of drugs was found in the custody of the applicant. Considering the quantity of the drugs and role attributed to the applicant, it would be inappropriate to keep him behind bars. Hence, the following order :

O R D E R

(i) Bail Application is allowed.

(ii) Applicant SHAIKH NAYYAR S/O. SHAIKH NAIM be released on bail on furnishing P.B. and S.B. of

44-BA.2064-22.odt Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) with one solvent surety of the like amount, in Crime No.145 of 2022, registered by Police Station Begumpura, District Aurangabad, for the offence punishable under Sections 22(A), 8(C) of the N.D.P. S. Act, Section 328, 276 read with Section 34 of the IPC and Section 18(A), 18(C), 27(B)(ii) of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, on the condition not to involve in similar crime.
