Present application has been filed for setting aside the order dated 21.02.2018 passed by learned Registrar (Judicial) and allowing the applicant to remove the office objections. It is to be noted that due to non removal of office objections, no notice was issued to the respondents. Under such circumstance, it is not necessary that for this application, the respondents should be served.

Since the applicant/appellant is now ready to remove the said office objections, taking lenient view in view of the fact that the applicant is labour, coming from rural area, the order passed by the learned Registrar

Second Appeal (ST) No.31578 of 2017 is hereby restored to its original number.

Delay, if any, stands condoned. Applicants to remove all office objections on or before 08.11.2019.

If the office objections are not removed within the aforesaid period, it shall be treated that the registration is refused once again. 6.
