At the outset, learned counsel Mr. Sandanshiv seeks permission to assist learned APP.

Having regard to the nature of crime, he is permitted to assist learned APP. Criminal Application No. 4609/2024 is allowed. 3.

Learned counsel for the applicant makes a statement the place where the incident has occurred is duly covered with CCTV since it is a petrol pump. It is his submission that the said CCTV footage is verified and from the said CCTV footage, it is apparent that

Learned APP is unable to make any statement in this regard since the Investigating Officer has not bothered to find out as to whether the petrol pump is covered with CCTV or not. She seeks time to verify the said fact.

The investigating agency is directed to verify the said fact and if there is CCTV footage available, to place transcription thereof on the next date of hearing.

6.

At the request of learned APP, stand over to 06.02.2025. 7.

Interim relief granted earlier to continue till next date of hearing.
