The applicant prays for condonation of delay of 170 days in filing this civil application seeking setting aside of the order of the Registrar dated 08/06/2015 by which registration was refused for non removal of office objections.

Learned AGP opposes the application.

For the reasons set out in the application, same is allowed. Delay of 170 days is condoned subject to costs of Rs.500/- (Rs.Five Hundred only) to be deposited with the Bar Library within a period of 2 (two) weeks from today. The order of the Registrar dated khs/Dec.2015/16147-d

08/06/2015 is recalled. The petitioner shall remove all office objections on or before 15/01/2016, pursuant to which the writ petition will be registered.

Non compliance of this order shall result in recalling of this order, the civil application would stand rejected and the order of the Registrar would then stand restored.
